1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 4777d ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing any part of the 4777d platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 4777d platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. 4777d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 4777d platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum requirement with no exceptions under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 4777d platform or any affiliated service, and no self-exclusion is currently active on your account.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking full legal and financial responsibility for your gaming activity.

4777d takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the lifecycle of an account — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a complaint. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority.

Players who knowingly provide false information regarding their age during registration are in material breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action in addition to account closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full 4777d platform, you must create a single registered account. During the registration process you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method details. You must keep this information current and notify 4777d promptly of any changes.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active 4777d account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different personal details, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 4777d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending bets, bonuses, or withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 4777d recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any two-factor authentication options made available on the platform.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 4777d immediately by contacting [email protected]. 4777d will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to notify us promptly of a known or suspected compromise.

Account Verification

4777d may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete an identity verification process before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the platform. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification request and to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 4777d platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 4777d does not apply currency conversion fees on any transaction. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits are processed in real time and credited to your 4777d account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 4777d does not accept third-party deposits — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in the same name as the 4777d account holder. Deposits from joint accounts or accounts belonging to another individual are not permitted and may be returned or frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. 4777d is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or receiving bank.

Anti-Money Laundering

4777d is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction that appears unusual or inconsistent with normal account activity. In cases where money laundering is suspected, we are obligated to freeze the account, withhold the funds, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Cooperation with such investigations is a condition of maintaining an account with 4777d.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked on qualifying games before a withdrawal becomes eligible. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

4777d monitors accounts for patterns that suggest systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedging bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or abusing any technical error or misconfiguration that results in unintended credits. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have its bonuses and associated winnings voided and its account suspended or permanently closed.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets offered on the 4777d platform are subject to their own individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game or market. These game-specific rules govern settlement procedures, payout calculations, and the handling of edge cases such as technical interruptions, abandoned events, or disputed results. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay and settlement matters.

Sports Betting

Bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed beyond the settlement deadline, or ruled void by the governing body, 4777d reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

Live Casino and Card Games

Live dealer games operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live are governed by the rules and outcomes determined by those providers' certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealing procedures. 4777d is not responsible for technical failures or errors that occur within the game engine of a third-party provider, though we will work with the provider to investigate and resolve any disputed outcomes.

Crash Games and Slots

Crash games, including those provided by Spribe, and slot games from providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, use certified RNG systems. Game outcomes are determined at the point the round concludes. Disconnection from the platform during an active round does not automatically void the bet — the round will settle according to the outcome that was reached regardless of connectivity status.

Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors, or a technical malfunction that results in an unintended game outcome — 4777d reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes. "Manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as such at the time of placing the bet. 4777d will not honour bets placed on clearly erroneous odds or prices regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the bet was placed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4777d platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one 4777d account, whether under your own name or a false identity, for any purpose including bonus collection, circumventing limits, or concealing identity.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks against legitimate transactions.
• Money laundering: Using the 4777d platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or for the purpose of obscuring the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or pre-arranging outcomes in peer-to-peer betting.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated decision-making software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features without human involvement.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly placing bets on manifest pricing errors or deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory communications toward 4777d staff or other players via any channel, including support chat, email, or social media.
• Underage gaming: Allowing or facilitating access to the 4777d platform by any person under the age of 18, including by sharing your account credentials.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

4777d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the player, other players, or the platform.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 4777d account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and returned to your designated payment method. Any active bonus credits that have not yet met the required wagering threshold will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to stop gambling for a period of time or permanently, you may request a self-exclusion from within your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion options include 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Requests to shorten or reverse a self-exclusion period are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions. Permanent self-exclusions cannot be reversed. 4777d takes self-exclusion requests extremely seriously and will act on them without delay.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your right to access the 4777d platform ceases immediately. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including provisions relating to disputes, liability, prohibited conduct, and payment obligations — will continue to apply after your account has been closed.
